Our Individual Cremation service includes collection from your home or veterinary clinic, an individual cremation, return of your pet’s ashes in a complimentary remembrance/scatter box, a Certificate of Remembrance and the option of a fur clipping. There are no additional charges for after-hours, weekend or public holiday collections.
Before You Book
Pocket Pets
Our Pocket Pets category includes rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, birds, reptiles and other small animals weighing up to 1kg. If you’re unsure which weight category your pet falls into, please get in touch - we’ll be happy to guide you.
How to Book
Click Make a Booking above to complete our online booking request. Once submitted, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to confirm your details, answer any questions and arrange a collection time that suits you.
24-Hour Return Service
For families who would like their pet home sooner, we offer a priority 24-Hour Return Service for an additional fee of $350. Your pet will be collected, cared for, individually cremated and returned to you within 24 hours of collection. This service is subject to availability and can be requested when you make your booking.
Payment is required prior to cremation. Once we’ve confirmed your arrangements, we’ll provide payment information. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees, and includes collection within our service area.

Memorial Keepsakes
Every family remembers their pet in their own way. Our collection of optional keepsakes includes urns, ink paw prints, clay paw impressions, memorial photo frames, jewellery and more. Keepsakes can be selected during the booking process, allowing you to create a tribute that feels personal to you and your pet.

Collection
We collect your pet from your home or veterinary clinic and bring them into our care. From the moment your pet is entrusted to us, our identification and tracking process begins. From collection to return, we care for your pet as though they were our own.
Arrival Into Our Care
Upon arrival at Greener Pastures, your pet is welcomed into our care and their identity is carefully verified and recorded. Our tracking system follows your pet throughout every stage of their journey, ensuring they remain individually identified and safely in our care.
Preparation & Cremation
Any requested keepsakes such as paw prints and fur clippings are carefully prepared before cremation. Your pet’s identity is verified again before they are individually cremated, with strict procedures throughout to ensure their identity and ashes are protected always.
Return Home
Following cremation, your pet’s ashes are carefully placed into your chosen urn or complimentary scatter box. Their identity is verified once more before we arrange their return home to you, bringing their journey with Greener Pastures to a gentle close.
